Phone: (833) 215-5492

The mailing address above is our business address for correspondence and legal notices. It is not a showroom or a job site office, so please write or call rather than visiting.
What to expect on response times
- Email: we reply to info@fixerupperpros.com within one business day in most cases, and within two business days at the outside. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
- Phone: (833) 215-5492 is answered during business hours. If you reach voicemail, leave your name, number and a sentence about the reason for the call, and we return calls the next business day.
- Requests to stop text messages are handled immediately and automatically. Reply STOP to any message from us and that program stops. Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also email us and we will remove your number.
- Privacy requests, including access, correction and deletion requests, are acknowledged within ten business days and completed within the timeframe your state law requires. Email us with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us which state you reside in.
What to include so we can help quickly
If your question is about a project request you submitted, include the email address or phone number you used, the approximate date, and the service category. If it is about a message you received, forward or quote the message. If it is about something we published, name the article and the passage, and tell us what you believe is wrong. We take corrections seriously and we would rather fix an error than defend it.
What we cannot do
Fixer Upper Pros is not a contractor and does not perform, schedule or supervise construction work. If you have already hired a company through a match and you have a dispute about workmanship, scheduling or billing, that dispute is between you and that company, and your contract with them governs it. We will still want to know about it, because it affects who stays in our network, so please tell us. For unsafe or emergency conditions in your home, call your utility, your local building department or emergency services first, not us.
Policies
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have, including how we handle mobile phone numbers and SMS consent. Our Terms of Service covers use of the site and our mobile messaging terms. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never required to use our services, and you may opt out at any time.
